I grew up with nail and string art all over the place. I believe there was a piece hanging in just about everyone’s house I knew because at one point or another everyone tried it back in the day. I have to say this new spin on making house numbers that was sent in by Amy of the blog A Nest for all Seasons is so modern and cute! If you think so too and want to try her tutorial on how to make recycled cabinet door string art house numbers then pop on over to her post.

How to make a delicate wire and sequin crown
This has to be about the most delicate crown I have ever seen. I like the use of the variety of glitter that is literally sprinkled about the wire. I’m not sure I would make it the way the tutorial shows it made but it sure is easy! Pop on over to the blog A Subtle Revelry for the tutorial on how to make a wire and sequin crown.

Did you move house after stringing the numbers? 469 or 649 ?

I intentionally used mixed up numbers since they are my house numbers 😉
