Dr. Seuss Purse

Retrograndma’s shop at Etsy features handcrafted novelty book cover purses lined with colorful cotton fabrics and embellished with bubbly beads. Her book purses are often made from gently used Hardy Boys and Nancy Drew titles, but my favorite of the bunch are fashioned with primary colors, such as this eye-catching Dr. Seuss purse.
The artist writes in her profile: “I love to recycle books and records into purses, clocks, earring holders and hollowed book safes. I’m a perfectionist and take pride in my work!”
