My grandfather cut his old bicycle inner tubes into rubber bands so I suppose I shouldn’t be surprised that clever crocheters have decide to recycle them as well. So many recycled gift bag and packaging ideas!
I save my cereal box cardboard to practice art techniques or for the base of a collage but this idea for cutting a hole in it to form a handle is fabulous. This recycled food box gift tote idea came from the huge collection of recycled gift packaging ideas featured at the blog Upcycle My Stuff.
