Creative upcycle and downcycle ideas
I’m a huge fan of using paint chips to make notebooks, although I’ve always made mine with spiral binding. If you can’t get your hands on a spiral binding machine, this wonderful tutorial from Whimsy Girl shows you how, armed with just a stapler, you can have paint chip notebooks of your very own! These items are perfect to toss into stockings come the holidays.
I love vintage matchbooks and their graphics, they are such a cool little bit of history. Even the concept of a matchbook is dated as there isn’t smoking in public places. So repurposing the packaging format to hold all sorts of tiny things is such a great idea. I love that idea,I’m gonna use it to make some cards. I already do collage ones from fashion magazines.But I love the clean lines of a colour sample card.
