Creative upcycle and downcycle ideas
I shot my first “walk through” video of a gallery show today. It features my installation titled “The Writing is on the wall; 45”. It is 45 bricks stacked in a single column with found words and quotes on each of them. I will be shooting another video soon of another show. so please feel free to subscribe to the channel after watching the video if you like it. I will be getting better I’m sure!
I love vintage matchbooks and their graphics, they are such a cool little bit of history. Even the concept of a matchbook is dated as there isn’t smoking in public places. So repurposing the packaging format to hold all sorts of tiny things is such a great idea.
