Repurpose vintage t-shirts into spiffy baby duds

kentucky-onsie Oh so cute! Over at Life of Lindsey the mom-to-be is whipping up super cute onesies and baby t-shirts by repurposing adult size vintage t-shirts. This idea is such a great way to reuse a cherished adult shirt that may have seen better days but still has some good parts left to it.

Why no directions on how to do this???? I’d love to try to make one , but with no directions it’s pretty hard for me to guess!!! I’d probably end up with the head hole too large.

Great idea, but may I suggest a safer alternative to the ribbon/string at the bottom? An elastic band is not a hazard, as the ribbon is.
