Creative upcycle and downcycle ideas
Old boots have so much character they can be hard to throw out. This idea for using them as a planter is darling as shoes naturally tend to hang out by a door. This idea is featured in a great collection of St. Patrick’s Day decorations featured at the blog Hike and Dip. I would use this all spring and summer and swap out the plants.
I love vintage matchbooks and their graphics, they are such a cool little bit of history. Even the concept of a matchbook is dated as there isn’t smoking in public places.
