I’ve previously posted about making art from wood scraps, well this is like recycling with little leftovers from those cool treats we all enjoy during our summer months. Note: I know we have readers out there that it is not summer for, just want to give them a shout out! Well, those of you snacking on those popsicles can now enjoy a little crafting time by making some fun modern/retro art. See how over at this post at the blog A Little Hut written by the author of Home, Paper, Scissors. And want to see a project inspired by her book? Pop on over here for a fringed paper flower. Can we get any smaller with our wood recycled crafting? Anyone got any projects with say…toothpicks? Send in the link!

love this, it is funny how framing something really turns it in to art. Fun before frame, fabulous after the frame.
