Creative upcycle and downcycle ideas
I tend to like the end grains on lumber. The patterns can be quite pretty. When I spotted this wood burned art that utilizes the knot of the wood as either the sun or the moon in this landscape I just had to share. This is a great way to make easy and fun charms and pendants that uses recycled items. I can totally see expanding this technique using bottle caps, pop tabs and broken jewelry to give it a new life.
