Over at PapernClay this cleaver Mom has turned her daughter’s lawn mowing shoes into a funky planter. I love how the little air holes in the front allowed tiny plants to come through. I am a self proclaimed shoe junkie and I am now going to look through and see if any of them want to become planters in my yard.
I love vintage matchbooks and their graphics, they are such a cool little bit of history. Even the concept of a matchbook is dated as there isn’t smoking in public places. So repurposing the packaging format to hold all sorts of tiny things is such a great idea.
