Inexpensive pumpkins are all over the place right now. They don’t need to stay that way. Add your personal touch by adding your favorite quote, phrase or poem like Cherie did. See her tutorial she posted a t her blog on how to upcycle a pumpkin with book pages and poetry.

How to make matchbook style packaging for all sorts of tiny things
I love vintage matchbooks and their graphics, they are such a cool little bit of history. Even the concept of a matchbook is dated as there isn’t smoking in public places. So repurposing the packaging format to hold all sorts of tiny things is such a great idea. Pop on over to the blog Reading My Tea Leaves to see all sorts of things you can package in a matchbook and how to make them.
This is gorgeous! I have seen lots of book page pumpkins, but this one might just be my favorite.
I actually never thought of using book pages… I’ve been looking for some new projects to use recycled books. Great idea…they are lovely!
