I’m not sure these feather type shuttlecocks are available here in America but boy are they pretty! I would surely use them for crafting like Claire did to make this winged heart decoration. Pop on over to the link she sent in to the blog Pillar Box Blue to see the tutorial on how to make a recycled feather shuttlecock wall decoration. I bet these would look great as an ornament on a Christmas tree.

Scrap yarn is great to make a colorful pom pom Christmas tree topper
If you like making pom poms and looking for a unique tree topper why not make a big ball of pom poms out of all sorts of colored yarn to make a statement tree topper. After you have made your pom pom tree topper featured at the blog Sugar and Cloth why not use the scrap yarn to embellish the branches like tinsel?

Thanks for showing my Shuttlecock Angels. If anyone else has any ideas for upcycling badminton shuttlecocks I’d love to hear them. I have an endless supply of used feather shuttlecocks.
Cheers !
