These look like mini mid mod planters. I bet by shaping the wire in more of a curl a Victorian style could be created. Pop on over to Apartment Therapy for a great collection of a wide variety of recycled plastic Easter egg crafts.
There’s a lot of emphasis and focus put on the recycling of plastic to re-make practical items such as bottles etc. There’s not enough information about creating fun things like this! The kids are going to love it.
