How to make crystal geodes in recycled egg shells

I am nuts for geodes and crystals. I am also in love with molds and casting things out of all sorts of materials. This idea for casting geodes out of recycled eggshells is beyond cool!. So this weekend when I cook eggs I will be cracking them lengthwise so I can try this out.
