I happen to have saved a few skirts that I simply loved the fabric but I don’t go to an office anymore so I haven’t worn them in forever. This project would be a great way to use the pretty fabric in a way that I would wear. Vicky sent in this link to her tutorial on how to make an infinity scarf from an old skirt.
