Old books are a great recycled craft supply resource. I love making Christmas trees by simply folding the pages on an angle. Kara of the aptly named blog Creation by Kara has shared a great tutorial on how to make a recycled book pumpkin that is just too cute!

Old sporting equipment often gets discarded but certainly not by any recycled crafter. The clever crafter over at the blog Recreated Designs has created these rustic pumpkins from old tennis rackets.
