How to make a glow-in-the-dark wall clock

Now this clock is store-bought and the crafter simply shows how to paint it so it glows-in-the-dark but when I spotted it I thought – wouldn’t it be cool to use recycled refrigerator magnets to make it? You could even use the letters and spell out funny things. I bet you could even use this idea on  the fridge and keep notes under the magnets to keep track of appointments at a certain time?
