  13. This is a great way to reduce stress. My mother bought an adult coloring book at Christmas time, and we glided through the holidays this year without batting an eye. I highly suggest getting a n adult coloring book and sharing with friends. You will be amazed at who picks up colored pencils while these beauties are around.
