Earth Day recycled file folder earth garland

April 22, 2016 by Stefanie Girard

Sizzix die cut earth day garland

I wanted to make an Earth Day decoration this year and what better icon is there than the earth and Sizzix makes a great Globe Earth die perfect to cut multiples for a garland held together with paper clips which makes this a great office cubical decoration as well as at home.

This project can be made in under an hour, a lunch hour perhaps?

I die cut the green hanging file folders using both sides and fussy cutting areas that featured the recycle symbol and the word Earth- how cool is it that they are made out of recycled paper??

I hope I have inspired you to take time out to make something recycled or learn a bit about new ways you can recycle to save our Earth!
