This so brought me back to my teenage days. I used to make collages with words from magazines. Back then it mas just collage, now it’s scrapbooking/mixed media/art journaling…there are all sorts of names for it. But hey if too like to just cut stuff up and then glue it back down you will like this project featured at the blog Jelly Bean Home Gifts.

A bunch of great ways to display holiday cards all over the house
I don’t have much available way space as I cover my walls with art. But I do have big white plain kitchen cabinets so this idea for putting big red ribbons on them to clip the Christmas cards to is perfect. I still do collages – no scrapbooking for me. I re-did a desk with images and quotes a few years back. I have loved making collages since the 1970’s!
