Recycled Rings

recycledring.jpgMichelle from Recycled Rings takes old rings and turns them into things of beauty by adding colorful embroidered threads. She wraps each stone with several layers of thread and then further embellishes the piece with other fibers, beads or wire. There’s only one problem: Michelle launched her online shop and, in just a few days, her inventory was sold out. To replenish her shop, she writes, “I’m sewing as fast as my little fingers can.” You can view her (currently) sold-out line at www.recycledrings.com.
