Recycled Fairy Lights

August 21, 2008 |

I would never have thought you could make gorgeous fairytale lights using egg cartons, but thanks to the tutorial from Esprit Cabane, now I know how! Be sure to use only LED lights, as any other kind could start a fire in the individual containers. I can see these decorating my porch for a garden party, adding a bit of whimsical beauty to the evening. They’d also be perfect for a little girl’s bedroom!

A genius idea! I’ve used the plastic cartons for casting resin but hadn’t come up with a good use for the cardboard cartons. Thanks!
