ALEXA WESTERFIELD A.K.A. SWELLDESIGNER posted this cool design that re-purposes scrapbook paper into a very colorful and non-permanent decoration/art. I have tons of wallpaper sample pages that I could see doing this design with. Or making individual squares of art and then popping them up as a group.

How to make recycled matchbox mini shrines
I am mad for miniatures…I think I always have been but now I make them all the time out of just about every material I work in. The tiny colorful shrines look like the perfect project to start making now so I have a collection by Day of the Dead. Pop on over the the Crafty Chica blog for the sparkly tutorial on how to make recycled matchbox shrines.

Love this cheap and easy to do idea! Knowing me I would get the squares all crooked lol.
