I just read an article recently that said the value of old china is decreasing because most people don’t use it as it isn’t dishwasher or microwave safe. It was an article about decluttering. Well, I would have a hard time getting rid of my grandmother’s china or my parent’s china when they are done with it. Why not repurpose it into things you would use like this dainty and pretty candle holder? Pop on over to Ronja’s blog Nur-Noch for the easy tutorial on how to make a recycled plate candle holder. Wouldn’t these make a cute gift or as she is going to do-sell them at craft shows.

We all think about decorating the outside of Easter eggs but eggs make great containers for little dioramas. To accent the cute little dioramas the edges of the eggs can be wrapped with one of my favorite things- pompom trim!
