I love this pair bobbin earrings in Arieltelsa’s Flickr Page. I suppose I love bobbins because they are traditionally a chick thing but they look so mechanical and industrial. Some artists will make art on anything and Boy Obsolete is no exception. He transforms one of the most un-recyclable things-a styrofoam cup-into art. What a perfect canvas! I will be sure to save my next bit of styrofoam and try my hand at working it into a bit of mixed media magic.
