These cute flowers are made with VHS tape! How cool is that? Well when I saw this I thought that these would make great recycled bows from holiday gifts. Maya Made certainly made security envelopes pretty and useful with these pretty napkin rings. What a great source for recycled paper in pretty patterns-the inside of security envelopes. Recycle them in to all sorts of paper crafts.

I just scored some of these little battery tea lights at the 99 cents store because in my house an open flam is not a good idea with all the fiber and fabric that’s flying around. This is such a good use for them, an “illuminated tree of glassware”. I cerntainly have lots of mismatched and pretty dishes that I could do this with! OK, have you seen the commercial where the big executive has the front half of the mounted animal in his office and the camera pans to the opposite side of the wall and it’s the back half of the animal in the “little office worker” office? It is one of my absolute favorites. Well, when I saw this tutorial for making them I nearly dropped my computer. I think I will be running around cutting all sorts of things in half and recycling them into new wall art! Thanks to My Eva For Eva for this great idea and tutorial!
